Another Fantastic Weekend with our Energetic & Uniformed Sign Spinner!

We received some great comments last weekend (and great results!) that we couldn't wait to share with you!  Just our apartment clients alone received over 150 extra inquiries last weekend directly off of our Sign Spinners!  As if that wasn't enough, many of our clients also reported a lease or two from those inquiries!

A Snapshot of a Weekend with our Energetic Sign Spinners

I just wanted to share with you the results a few of our client's experienced this past weekend with our Sign Spinners.  Overall, it was another great weekend.  The rain once again tried to stop our Spinners, but we didn't let it stop the fantastic results we were able to generate for dozens of apartment communities throughout the country.

Here are the comments left by an apartment community in Tallahassee, Florida.  They signed up for our popular 4-Weekend Package and are enjoying the extra boost in traffic each weekend with the help of our Sign Spinner.  Here's what they had to say:

Our Energetic Sign Spinners Generated Over 119 Leads Last Week!!!

Check out the results we've been getting from last week's performances.  Because we track all traffic generated by our Sign Spinners, we're able to see exactly what's working well, and what could use some improvement (i.e. Changing times, days, location, etc).

Well, the results are in, and we were able to provide almost 120 extra inquiries for our client's this past week!

That's an average of 2.5 leads per day, per community!!!  Now what could your leasing team do with that?

That's right!  In addition to having an Energetic Sign Spinner and a compelling message on your Directional Arrow Sign, it's also important to schedule the best days for your particular community.

Take a look at these results from an apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL: Fri  -  3 Leads Fri  -  0 Leads Fri  -  2 Leads Fri  -  0 Leads Sat  -  5 Leads! Sat  -  6 Leads!

As you can see, their results were slightly "hit-or-miss" for the first few weeks of their campaign.  And, because we track all inquires generated from our Sign Spinners, we knew that something was off.  Together we decided to try out a couple of Saturday showings instead of their usual Fridays and look at the improvement!  Now that's what we like to see!

Hard-to-Find Apartment Communities Use Sign Spinners to Generate Extra Traffic!

Not every apartment community is blessed to be located near a busy traffic intersection.  That didn't stop these communities from using our Energetic Sign Spinners to produce more traffic!  We sacraficed the traditional "arrow sign" and placed our Sgn Spinner at a busy intersection about a mile or two from the community.  The objective?  Generate as many phone calls to their leasing offce as possible!  Take a look at the Directional Arrow Signs they used for thier campaign below.

This Union City, GA apartment community reports an average of 3.9 extra leads every day our Sign Spinners are there!

This student living community in Durham, NC wanted to capture traffic from the orientation events scheduled at a nearby university.  They chose key locations near the entrance to the school in order to grab an extra 3.1 leads per day!

Cassleberry, FL Apartments Get Increasingly Steady Traffic from Our Energetic and Uniformed Sign Spinners!
