    A rule of thumb is to 'fish when the fish are biting.' Translation? Schedule Sign Spinners when your community already experiences a higher volume of walk-in traffic. 

    Although Sign Spinning advertising is a great marketing tactic for apartment communities to quickly boost traffic and leases, it's not magic bullet. Sign Spinners need drive-by traffic to pull in to your leasing center. 

    We generally recommend: 

     

    • Fridays 
    • Saturdays
    • Sundays 

     

    Other days of the week are available. 

    What we don't recommend is trying to create a 'busy day' at of a 'slow day.' For example, if your community typically doesn't experience traffic on a Monday then a Sign Spinner is not likely to change that trend. 

    Some communities in lease-up phase schedule their Sign Spinning advertising campaigns over four or five days a week. This strategy is recommended as the goal is to build awareness for the new community.
